Indoor bath only. Fed by the No.3 source as pure free-flowing spring water with no recirculation - the only one of the three Bessho bathhouses that is not partly recirculated. Associated with the priest Jikaku Daishi.

- ¥300300 yen flat. Bessho has three of these small public bathhouses, each 300 yen, each closed on a different weekday, so on any given day at least two of the three are open. Children of elementary school age and under bathe free on the 26th of each month. Coin-return valuables lockers (100 yen) are provided.

- In the Bessho Onsen village, a short walk from Bessho-Onsen Station, the terminus of the Ueda Dentetsu Bessho line from JR Ueda Station (Hokuriku Shinkansen). No car needed; the three bathhouses are all within a few minutes' walk of each other.
