Staying overnight
The tattoo policy is not stated publicly. A private or in-room bath is available, which is often an option for tattooed guests.

The baths
Indoor bath
Two view baths on different floors, both looking out over Kumihama Bay - a rock bath in a high, open atrium on the 2nd floor and a broad rock-built bath on the 4th. Sodium-calcium weakly alkaline hot spring, about 42 degrees. Open 5:00-24:00.
Private (kashikiri) bath
A private hinoki cypress bath, taken in rotation for 45 minutes per group; the Kyotango tourism association describes it as free of charge. Important caveat printed by the inn itself: this bath is NOT hot spring water.
In-room bath
Five rooms have their own open-air bath, either rock-built or hinoki cypress, each different.
A private bath means nobody else is in the water with you — often the practical answer if the shared baths are closed to tattooed guests.

Check-in 15:00 (last 19:00 per the outline page, 21:00 per the footer), check-out 10:00. 20 free parking spaces, first come first served; a courtesy shuttle is listed among the facilities. In crab season (December to March) the Kyotango crab bus serves the area. Small pets accepted in some rooms.
