A plain bathhouse in the Yuzaki quarter with two tubs fed by two different sources - the sulphur-bearing Mabara spring and the Miyuki spring, both close to 75C at the wellhead. There is nothing to look at and it closes between 11:00 and 14:00, but it is a few minutes on foot from Saki-no-Yu and the water is the entire point.

Indoor bath

A plain neighbourhood bathhouse with two indoor tubs fed by two different sources: the Mabara spring (strong sulphur-bearing sodium chloride, 74C at source) and the Miyuki spring (sodium chloride, 78C at source). No view - this one is about the water, not the scenery.

9:00-11:00 (last entry 10:30) and 14:00-21:30 (last entry 21:00). The 7:00-9:00 slot is reserved for Shirahama residents. Closed Tuesdays.
