The baths
Indoor bath
A communal bath, listed in the official facility summary alongside the spa and the private open-air bath. Spring is weakly alkaline, hypotonic and low temperature.
Private (kashikiri) bath
A private rock open-air bath, 3,500 yen (tax included) for 50 minutes. Note the official warning that this bath has no shampoo or soap - only a rinsing shower - so wash in the main bath first.
In-room bath
All five published room types have their own open-air bath: Suisen Suite, Japanese-style twin, Japanese-style double, Kutsurogi Suite Japanese-Western room, and the roomy Japanese-Western room. The inn has only 13 rooms in total.
A private bath means nobody else is in the water with you — often the practical answer if the shared baths are closed to tattooed guests.

A 13-room inn in the Yunohana hot spring area west of Kyoto with 10 free parking spaces; check-in 14:00 (last 19:00), check-out 11:00. The nearest railway station is JR Kameoka on the Sagano Line, from which you need a car or taxi.
